Purpose of the role

To help provide an effective and efficient administration service for Citizens Advice Leeds.


For this role we are looking for volunteers who can offer a minimum of 4 hours per week.

Main duties and activities may include:

  • General administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, scanning documents
  • Receiving telephone calls and face-to-face queries from staff and volunteers, directing them to appropriate staff member or taking messages
  • Checking appointment availability and booking client appointments using online booking systems
  • Typing correspondence
  • Data entry

  • Being open to using both computer and telephone on a regular basis
