Offering advice and support is the part of our work most seen by the public but behind the scenes our research and campaigning work is equally important.  Our insight into issues our communities face and the impact on their lives allows us to:

  • Identify issues that need more research – either locally or nationally via the network of independent Citizens Advice offices
  • Campaign to get decision makers to change policies and practices
