Current volunteering opportunities at Leeds Citizens Advice & Law Centre

We are recruiting for the following roles. Full role description and application form can be found below.

Our Customer Service Volunteers help in our City Centre Advice Hub. This is an administrative role which involves providing a friendly and professional service to clients who come into the Advice Hub seeking advice. You will be part of a team providing the first point of contact for clients who use our service.

If you can be available between 9am and 1pm at least once a week (Mon-Fri) for a year or more and are interested in helping clients in this role we’d love to hear from you. A role description and application form can be found below.

We are looking for Volunteer Legal Assistants for our Housing and Immigration Services to assist Leeds Citizens Advice & Law Centre’s Legal Team to offer effective, efficient and high quality representation to clients. We are looking for people who can volunteer for two to three hours per week for at least six months. See role description and application form below.
